Reservations
You can reserve here for your date, duration and apartment or room. We will respond within 24 hours.
Payment terms
When making a reservation we ask for a pre-payment of 50%. The remainder 50% must be paid before arrival. When reserving you accept our payment and cancellation terms.
In case of cancellation we apply the following terms:
- More than 4 weeks prior to arrival, it is free and we will refund.
- Between 2-4 weeks prior to arrival, we withhold 25% of the total amount.
- Between 1-2 weeks prior to arrival, we withhold 50% of the total amount.
- Less than 1 week or no show, we withhold 75% of the total amount.
